The Cocoa Association of Asia (CAA) is a not-for-profit trade association advancing Asia's cocoa and chocolate industry. We unite more than 40 member companies to represent shared interests, publish trusted industry data, and strengthen capability across the value chain, from farm to market

Governance

CAA operates under a formal Constitution and by-laws that set out our objectives, membership framework, and governance processes. The association is governed by an Executive Committee elected by member representatives, supported by the CAA Secretariat and specialist Committees & Working Groups. General meetings, including the Annual General Meeting (AGM), provide members with a formal forum for key decisions
